Unable to set up charge hr

I already have a fitbit one, I just bought a fitbit charge hr and I'm having trouble setting it up. I put my one way out of distance. I use Samsung galaxy s5. I tried resetting the bluetooth. My phone software is up to date. I restarted my phobe. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it. I tried to connect it to my pc and it can't find it. I charged it for about 2 hours, it's battery is almost full. I reset it. It's on. I did everything in the troubleshoot instructions said. No luck.

Please note that if you recently upgraded to OS 6.0 (Marshmallow) you must have location services turned on to sync your tracker. With this latest update, Google changed the permissions for Bluetooth syncing, requiring the use of location services.
