Why do I get an error 493 message when I am requesting a friend.

How can I sort this out?

Hello @CKCSFAN and welcome to the Help forums.  I can see from your profile that you are a new user.  I can also see that you added on to a thread in the Android app that is about a year old.  That thread might not be getting the attention that it needs or that the problem was fixed and you have a new issue that needs to be addressed.

 

I am going to move this thread to the Android forum as a new thread.  This is an app problem, not a device problem.  I hope you get the help you need.  I'm sorry that I can't help you.  I am an iPhone user and I don't know what that error code means.
