Unable to setup Charge 2 with OnePlus 7T Pro

First, I know the phone isn't listed among supported devices but neither is the Oneplus 5 and it worked wonders.

So I got my new phone on tuesday, fitbit worked just fine untill last night, last synced 24/10-19 around 22.00.

Now the app can't find the tracker. The phone can in bluetooth setting, but can't connect.

Yes I've tried all the troubleshooting-steps. Removed tracker, reinstalled app, restarted bluetooth, restarted charge 2 und so weiter, und so weiter, und so weiter.

Just a heads up cause this is probably something you'd want to look at as I doubt I'm the only one getting the latest Oneplus this fall.

Hello @Okaina, welcome to the Community Forums!

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Keep in mind that the OnePlus 7T Pro is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience certain connection difficulties with it.

I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

I can certainly verify that Fitbits have issues with the One Plus 7T Pro. It works when it feels like it as far as the app finding and connecting with the device. I have done all the usual, restart the phone, restart the Versa, log in and out of the app (which worked for me once with a different phone having issues), uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It seems to become particularly disagreeable after the phone has connected with something else via Bluetooth. Which is a shame since there's no headphone jack and I'm constantly connecting with other things, like my car.
