Hi
How come my fitbit charge 2 does not sync with my app even though my Bluetooth is paired with it?. I have removed my device now it won't find it.

Did you experience this issue in past or it's the first time? To setup your device again I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I am having the same problem. I noticed that my Charge 2 had not synced in two hours, though my Ionic was syncing.
I unpaired it, thinking that I could re-pair in a jiffy. Nope. My Android won't find it. My Win 10 App won't find it. My dongle won't find it. It's on my wrist racking up steps, but I fear they might eventually be lost if I cannot reconnect it.

Follow up:
Not sure what the issue was, but I was able to finally reconnect--it had to have been nearly a dozen attempts.
Yeah, I did lose those steps (and heart rate info, too). It appears that I lost about 2 and a half hours of data.
