I received a new Charge 3 for Christmas, and I can't get it set up on my Galaxy s10. No other trackers nearby. Turned blue tooth on and off. Turned phone and charge 3 on and off. Done everything I can think of. Please help! I just lost my Charge 2 and really need to get this one working.

Thanks for your reply. After having no luck, I decided to call Fitbit customer service, and it was determined my Charge 3 was defective. I went through a super simply process to get a replacement, which has already shipped! Look forward to receiving it! Thanks!
