Just this morning my fitbit app was updated again. 2 weeks ago my fitbit wasn't updating so I decided to delete my fitbit and add it. I can't add it. Yesterday the app wouldn't even see my fitbit. Now today it sees my fitbit but when I get to the step where it says to tap on the fitbit until it vibrates. I do that and the fitbit vibrates like it's supposed to but the app doesn't do anything... I still can't get my fitbit flex added...

Hello @Novanick72, welcome to the Community! Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

We have been having the exact same problem! I unpaired my device to try and help with my grandmother's. I thought maybe her flex was bad. Now, we neither one can pair ours. It doesn't ever find the device. And same as yours, when hers finally said it found it (twice in over a week), it never got past the vibrate.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and she has a Samsung Galaxy S6...
Its extremely irritating!

Fitbit is down again. Try tomorrow. They usually go down for several hours.

Hi @Domestic_hippie, with all these updates and what not going around can I offer a small suggestion.
Turn your phones right off for a couple of minutes. Then start up and try again. I have found in the past that this has unscrambled a couple of things for me and I don't think it would make matters worse. Good luck.
