Virgin to fitbit. I got a new fitbit and went through all the steps to sync up with my newly made fitbit account on my Samsung A8 entered the code first half of set up success however while it was syncing something happened and now the fit bit won't turn on have tried the reset process it didn't work please help? Its charging now. What can else can I try?
