Hi. I have just purchased the Samsung S20+ and I am unable to pair it with my versa lite. Can anyone help please? I rely on my fitbit alot and hoping to get it connected.

Hello @MrsMcall was this tracker connected to a previous phone and your Fitbit account?
Normally we then would simply need to install the Fitbit app, log into your account, and agree to a few permisions. The tracker should not be removed from your app on the old phone or your Fitbit account.
If the old phone is still working and nearby, make sure you are logged out of the Fitbit app, and the tracker has been removed from its bluetooth.
If the old phone is off or not nearby, don't worry about this
Now if the tracker was removed from your Fitbit account, we will have to set it up to your Fitbit account, then the Fitbit app can connect the tracker to your phone?
At what step of the setup does the failure occur? Any error messages?
