I had my fitbit paired to the app, all of a sudden it became unpaired, so I tried to re pair it and it wouldn't pair, so i bought another one thinking that my fitbit somehow broke. Now the new fitbit will not pair to the app

Yes they did contact me back, but i did not find the correspondence to be
helpful. In fact, i feel as though all of you are just telling everyone
that has this same problem that their phones are not compatible with the
fitbit app and device. I'm sorry but if that were true, then my phone would
not have paired my fitbit to the app to begin with, and i had them paired
for 3 months before the fitbit suddenly became unpaired for no apparent
reason. Please get this situation fixed quickly, because i now have two
different fitbit devices that i can not use, and i am not happy about that
at all....

If they are in warranty return them to the place you purchased them from.

Fitbit will not help if your phone is not one of the few they class as compatible.  If your phone isn't one of them any update can render your fitbit a brick with no warning and no compensation.
