I haven't been able to sign in to my account on the app. Is anyone else having a problem?

I tried deleting the app then downloading it again. It has been signing me out every time I go in it and it won't let me sign back in. HELP 😭

Thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing difficulties with your account but I'm here to help you with this. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this how many days since then? Which Android mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
