I recently purchased a Fitness Versa 2. I tried to sign it into my previous fitness that I had years ago. It does not work so I decided to set things up on my Samsung phone. Trying to sign in on my phone, it keeps saying no such person or wrong email. Done it a few times, same result. So deided to sign up again at Fitbit. Still keeps saying no such person. Anyone able to help with this? Thanks.

I appreciate the details mentioned. Since there was a Fitbit account previously please reset your Fitbit password as this could be the reason why it's not recognizing the email address.
