Unable to sinc Charge on Samsung Galaxy Edge 7

My device does not sinc on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy Edge 7 and it hasn't sinc'do SINCE August 10.

A warm welcome to the Community @Momdukes130. Keep in mind that Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge is not a compatible phone and that's why you are having problems with it. But, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot, you can also check our list of compatible mobile devices and you can always sync your tracker with a computer or compatible device.
