Just bought wifey an Alta. I'm unable to sync to her Samsung Galaxy Tab3. App loaded ok but when in Account, I'm unable to add the device. It's fully charged, I've tried uninstall/reinstall of app, restarted the fitbit, and followed trouble shooting. restarted the Tab, all without success. When the face of fitbit is tapped it just shows fitbit.com/setup,  Anyone with any advice please?

It is possible that something is interrupting the connection between your tablet and your Alta. I'd suggest that you turn the Bluetooth of the Tab 3 off and then go to a location where there are no devices using a wireless connection. It's even better if you could outright turn those connections off (except the internet) during the process.

Please try that and let me know how it goes.
