My Charge 3 is having issues syncing with my Galaxy S8. It will get lost and I've done several things to fix it. It will work a while and then quit again.
Also, when it comes to move times, I work nights. It won't let me choose the hours I would like to get my 250 steps per hour as hours I am actually awake. Makes me sad. I would use it of I weren't asleep.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
In regards the reminders to move concern, I suggest you to participate in this feature suggestion: Allow night shift reminders to move (or customized hours) with your vote and comments.
