Welcome to the Community Forums @Myshasta1, it's a pleasure to give you a hand with the syncing difficulties experienced with your Fitbit One. Sorry for the delay in replying.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your effort and patience troubleshooting this prior to posting and trying the steps above, looking forward to your reply.

Did you find a resolution to your syncing problem?  I have a samsung S7 too and use the One fitbit.  I have not  been able to sync since Wednesday either.  I've tried all suggestions.  I noticed that my when I try to pair the One with my bluetooth the One is rejecting the pairing.  Any ideas what could cause this?  My Samsung software is current and up to date and the firmware on my One is the most current.

Hello again, it's a pleasure to continue providing assistance, my apologies for the delayed reply. Welcome to the Community Forums @Deerla, thanks for your reply and update @Myshasta1.

Thanks for taking the time to try the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post. To move forward with this situation, please make sure that there's no other Bluetooth device connected to your phone or nearby. (Headphones, keyboards, etc.). Then, please follow the below steps, some of were already tried but the order specified is important:

  1. Restart your Fitbit.
  2. Please on the phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and remove all the connections that exist with the device. (Forget device, ignore or unpair depending on the version of the operating system of the phone).
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth and restart the phone.
  4. When the mobile device is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again but do not attempt to connect to the Fitbit from here.
  5. Go on the app and try setting up the Ionic as a new device.
  6. Try syncing with mobile data and WiFi too.

I'll be here if further assistance is required.
