My Charge 2 working fine and tracking but it will not sync with the app since the update. I have followed all the troubleshooting advice to no avail. The app will show it syncing but does not update. Please help also how can I get the previous version of the app back?

I appreciate the details that were shared with me, seems odd your device isn't syncing as the way we designed it. That said and to move forward with this situation, can you please let me know if the troubleshooting steps that were shared in my previous posts were already tried? Please keep me posted.

Hi Ricardo, this is actually a very common issue. You can find another thread here that is 8 pages of people saying they have not been able to sync since the update. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Syncing-issues-after-update/td-p/3687137 .
What is Fitbit doing to fix this problem?
