I updated my Versa tracker in the hope it would fix the problems I have been experiencing since the beginning of March. The communication problems between tracker & app remain (need multiple restarts both versa & phone etc....) & inaccuracies are the same. Does anyone had any luck with sync problems after updating on Android?
My Versa still does not sync with Samsung S8, nor does it keep time or record steps accurately

The support team is providing 'assistance'? I am not aware of any assistance being provided. Except if you means by this that I have contacted them by email numerous times since the end of March and last week by phone and the 'assistance' is the standard answer that 'they are looking into it'. In the meantime the tracker is unusable, unable to perform what it is supposed to do....
I have lost confidence that Fitbit will ever fix this.
