In this case I recommend to try the following. Review that your tracker is successfully pair to your account. If your tracker is not syncing this might be one of the reasons. To give you a reference in the steps to follow to address this, review this post.

Best AnswerI have a note 8 and mine hasn't synced since april 28th. This is very frustrating and not the first time it has happened. Maybe I should have went with the samsung gear S3 instead of Fitbit
