Unable to sync clock display and alarm with my new blaze.

Just bought my new blaze, however it cant sync clock display and alarm with my samsung s6edge, despite follow the instruction given by the fitbit official web. Anyone know how to solve it? Thanks in advance.

@Tsh88, do you have the phone WiFi turned on?  If so, turn it off and then try to sync again to see if that works.

Mine is doing the exact same on Android 5s with fitbit blaze, won't update clock, display or alarms.

 

But it can transfer my steps and other data into the app

Just go mine yesterday, same thing.... doing my head in....

Delete Blaze and add it in again. Go through all installation and issue will be fixed

@Tsh88@Ladyratpack and @Duncan93 let's go with @Teeshi suggestion. To remove the Blaze from your account follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and go to the Account tab.
  2. Tap on your Fitbit Blaze and tap on the trash can that shows on the top-left corner.

To run the set up again, please follow these other steps:

  1. Go to the account tab and select the 'Set Up a Device' option.
  2. Follow the instructions on screen.
