If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

I have a better idea. Instead of making your customers jump through hoops with syncing issues, why don't you just fix the app.

My first versa 3 worked fine then stopped syncing. They sent me another one because their troubleshooting didn't work. Now the replacement is doing the same thing...
