@azeemk @Edgar11 I recommend going through this setup process and letting me know which specific step in the process you get stuck in if it doesn't go through. A good tip during setup, if you do get stuck restart the tracker with these instructions and try again. Keep me updated.

Best AnswerMy surge gets stuck when it gives the 4 digit number to put in, I put the number in my phone and then it just says connecting. It never gets past that point. Tried reinstalling app, reset on the surge. No go at all. Tried dozens of times.
