I am still unable to sync with Galaxy s7 edge any news on an update

I am having the same issue as you. It wont pair on bluetooth and wont let me set up the Blaze on Fitbit App. I believe something is wrong and there needs to be an update

@azeemk @Edgar11 I recommend going through this setup process and letting me know which specific step in the process you get stuck in if it doesn't go through. A good tip during setup, if you do get stuck restart the tracker with these instructions and try again. Keep me updated.

Its not compatible even after fitbit app updated last nite. The Samsung S7 Edge is not listed

Mine is not working, either.  I have the Alta.  I followed your instructions and the Galaxy S7 edge is not listed.

My surge gets stuck when it gives the 4 digit number to put in, I put the number in my phone and then it just says connecting.  It never gets past that point.  Tried reinstalling app, reset on the surge.  No go at all.  Tried dozens of times.
