Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Best AnswerI'm having the exact same problem. It was doing just fine, working perfectly! Tried to do the most recent update because it was required and......fitbit will no longer do anything at all. I have exchanged it for a new one, spoken to 20 different fitbit techs and still unsuccessful. The only thing left to do is, according to fitbit is to wait for a shipping label from them, send it back, wait for confirmation that they've received it in their warehouse & then and only then will they send a replacement with no guarantees it will sync either. What i have come to realize is, I HAVE AN EXPENSIVE PAPERWEIGHT or a none fuctioning wearable that doesnt tell time.
