Reading this post, I saw samsung galaxy a70 was not compatible. I have android 9 and fitbit 3.5 and my charge 2 won't sync. Can this be fixed? I do not have any other phone to connect it to.

Hi @kidkafka, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

 

Just as my previous post stated, the Samsung Galaxy A70 isn't compatible with our products and services. That being said, can you please let me know if the troubleshooting steps that were specified there were already tried? Also, can you please try syncing your device with your computer too?
