Hi,
When a barcode isn't recognised, I get a question on-screen asking if I want to help build the food database by taking a few pictures... but this leads nowhere on android... nothing clickable... Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jessica

Hey my friend @SunsetRunner , welcome to the Community! If an item doesn't scan, tap on the option to "Submit to Database" and follow the onscreen instructions.
Barcode scanning is currently only available for the US food database. If you're using international food databases, barcode scanning is not currently available.
Are you doing that? Have you tried logging out and logging back in? Is you Fitbit app up-to-date?
Thanks for helping @SunsetRunner!

Why? What is the point of putting other food databases as options if only U.S will work? I want to scan all my food via barcode using the UK food database. Please update the app to only show U.S food database or get it fixed. Good job it's a free app will be asking for a refund. Will now have to use another app to counter this screw up.

I use the France food database and find it very helpful. There is even a surprising number of products from Marks and Spencer in this list. Chapeaux!
