I'm unable to view my messages received via the Fitbit app. When will this issue be resolved?

Hi @Shai808. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and let me help you with this. Just to confirm, do you mean that your friends' messages aren't displayed in the notifications tab? May I know your phone's model? 

 

If you've not done so, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. Go back one screen and tap on force stop.
  3. Verify that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Then ask a friend to send you a message so you can see it in the Fitbit app.
