For 3 days in a row I've been showing Overbudget, even thought I'm clearly under budget. I will post a picture...

OK, I'm starting to get super annoyed because nobody wants to look into this...

@HelenaFitbit @MariamV I am the Original Poster on this thread.  This is relevant to the original post. I will start a new post if I don't get some answers, please.

Screenshot_2016-09-13-07-09-04.pngAs you can see, I burned 2887 calories yesterday, but the app says that I'm 753 calories over.  Is this affecting the weekly totals?  I am on a 500 calorie deficit, I have about 30 lbs to lose. I am diligent about counting every gram of food that I eat, I have a digital kitchen scale and I'm not afraid to use it. I don't cheat. As you can see, I am very active. I am not really losing, and so I am very frustrated. Please look into this issue.

To better understand the calories in vs out, I'd recommend checking out these great post that my friend @SebringDon has shared No.1 and No.2.

Hope it helps!

@galaga6846 We are going to go ahead and investigate this issue further. I'll update this thread as soon as I hear back from the team. @Debra3817 If you are still experiencing this issue, do you mind sending a screenshot over?

Thanks!

Any update on this issue? I have seen no solution and I still have the problem. I sent screen shots several times but haven't heard any feedback

I am having the same issue. I thought the recent update has fixed it, but today it is back to showing "calories over" when the gauge says "under budget." It is most obvious when your scroll back to previous days which should be finalized. I also notice that at times the value "flashes/switches" back and forth from the correct value to the incorrect value. It is frustrating to not have it fixed, but I have a general idea of how much i should eat a day and just look at that number. I also have MFP linked to my account, and I use a Samsung Galaxy S7.

Does anyone at fitbit care to answer? The initial problem was reported Aug 29 and the last post bt fitbit was Sept 13. 3 different moderators have been involved. I'm guessing that not enough users have complained about the issue to deserve anymore help?

Is there a new update that's being pushed out? According to Google I'm up to date. It is no longer showing over budget but it's still not correct. It should show 332 remain not 44[cid:__storage_emulated_0_Pictures_Screenshots_Screenshot_2016-10-12-15-34-59_png@sec.galaxytab]

Sent via the Samsung GALAXY S®4, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone
