I have had problems on and off with my fitbit for over a week. Firstly the screen went black. Tried the left button and bottom right on device to reboot. Ok initially then problem recurred. This time screen black with lines. Uploaded update. Now screen on fitbit states unlock screen with phone.  Followed instructions but does not work. Fitbit bought Dec 17 now unusable.
