I can't even sync to phone any more.  So useless for me now. Extremely disappointing

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking the connection to your new phone.

Not connected to old phone. Wiped that phone clean.
