I finished my bulk and now want to start losing weight again. Wednesday I was at exactly 200lbs and this morning I was 198.9. Awesome.
So I set my weight loss goal but I don't want it to start 8/15, I want it to start 8/13. Not from 189.9, but from 200.
I select the new date thinking it will ingest the weight I entered for 8/13 in the Weight widget, but that doesn't seem to carry through. And when I manually enter "200.0" I get this error.
See the attached user journey. I'm CLEARLY on WiFi. I've updated the app version, firmware on my device, uninstalled/reinstalled, logout/login, nothing seems to work.
God I miss the web interface.

I am having the same issue... even if I am changing it for the same day. Uninstalled, reinstalled, reconnected - same issue.

I've just had the same problem I clicked the 3 lines in the top right, selected remove weight goal and then reset the goal and it reset my start weight

Sadly, that has not worked for me. When I remove the weight goal and then try to reset, I receive the same error.

What I did was remove the goal weight from the app settings. Then I added what I wanted to be my starting weight as an entry for today. Then go back to app settings and create a new goal weight. The app automatically chooses my last entry. I then change the start date to the actual day of when that weight was. Then go back to where you logged that starting weight in today's entry and edit it to your actual weight today. You should now have your actual weight today and the starting weight in the goal settings should still be what it grabbed when you created the new goal.

I am having the same issue and I cannot find a way around it. I am not off line as this error message is indicating. This is so frustrating!
