Update makes my Fitbit device battery drain quickly

Has anyone else had the issue of their fitbit    Battery dying within a few hours after being fully charged after this new last update?

I have the charge 5. And since the update my battery is dead in 2-3 hours.
I have turned off all notifications and I mean all!! It still dies in 2-3
hours. I charged this morning and put it on at 11a. It is tells me at 2:30
that my charge level is low. It has been doing this since the update.

I'm experiencing the same issue and never had this issue until the new software update. My Fitbit device is essentially unusable at this point. Please fix asap!

Mine as well. I am lucky if the battery lasts 2 hours.

I have a Versa 2, it's gone from doing 3 - 4 days on a full charge to 2 - 3 days with the new app.

I've removed the new version an rolled back to 3.88 and I can already see the battery drain on the device is less.
