Update software issue

I am trying to update the software on my charge hr through my phone app. It goes to a list of 3 expectations but no way of moving forward in the update. As of now the charge hr is still syncing as usual but I need to update the software at some point. Please help?!

Welcome to the Community @Samanthajm! I'd like know if you're getting an error during the update. If you do, could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? I also recommend turning off your phone's bluetooth and rebooting your phone. After that you can continue updating your tracker following these instructions. I highly recommend updating your tracker through a PC, that ensures a perfect update. Last but not least, take a look to the benefits that the update brings here.
