@SuzieRawle, what version of the Android app do you have installed? Open the Account screen and select Help, it will tell you at the top of the screen the app version number.

Best AnswerIt is 2.15 and my apps have no update option - I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it is the same version!

@SuzieRawle, v2.15 is a very old version of the Android app - the current version is 2.63. If you do not see the newer version on the Google Play Store that probably indicates that the Operating System (OS) of your phone is too old to support the current version. Check your phone's OS version - open the Settings -> Software or Settings -> About to determine what version of OS is installed, and see if there is an upgrade available for your phone.
