App fully updated.
Update tracker software, 3/4 partially complete. Device now frozen with this screen. Numerous re attempts over WiFi, Bluetooth, mobile and versa charged. 4 hrs later, device now will only show incomplete update. How am I supposed to use my versa tomorrow. I wish I never clicked update tracker software.

I would like to know which phone are you using. In the meantime, try resetting your watch and then try once again following the instructions to update your Versa.

I would like you to make sure that you have a compatible Sony Xperia device. If you keep getting any error message, please try the steps provided on this article why can't I update my Fitbit device?.
