Updated firmware and Cardio Fitness score has gone down...

Hi There,

I updated the Fitbit app on my Android phone to firmware 35.72.1.9 this morning (Monday)

I went into my Cardio Fitness score and its now displaying as 27-31.

On Saturday when I checked it was 35. I don't wear my watch or track anything on Sundays.

What's happened? I know its just a number and not too definitive of personal fitness, but I was kind of using it as something to improve. Maybe its not related to the firmware update and maybe the Sunday Roast I had really impacted the score (!) but just raising as a possible flag; not sure if anyone else has reported similar. Cheers.

Hi @movnik894 

Are you sure about the version number of the Fitbit app on your Android phone (by the way, that is not a firmware version)? My version is 3.36.1 and as far as I know it is the latest version.

(Broken Fitbits One, Charge 2 and 3). Using Charge 4 and Garmin fēnix 6. App vs 4.16 Samsung Galaxy A52. Android 14

Sorry I think got the app and device confused...

 

App is version 3.36.1 and Versa 2 is 35.72.1.9.
