For the latest version, 4.03, now it doesn't display the battery percentage anymore. Or is there any setting to enable back to the app? The battery percentage on the phone is too small for an old man, so normally, I will depend on the Fitbit app. Please bring it back to the app. Thank.

Yes, THIS!! My Fitbit has already run out of charge twice because my 66 year old eyes can't see the teeny tiny number on my Luxe and there is no more batter percentage number on the app.

So it is November 28th, and when I go to the Google Play store it still says the most recent version of the app is from October 24th and there's no update available for me. Any idea how long it's going to take for this update to roll out to everyone.
I am using a pixel 6 pro on Verizon in the Northeast United States.

I'm in the UK and I am still on version 4.03 of the app.
I chatted to Fitbit support today and they suggested, after I had sync'd my Sense 2, I uninstall and reinstall the app which I did. It is version 4.03 and I had had to re set up the app..... Not good.
Moderator when are we going to get version 4.04 on the UK?

Hi everyone ! Thank you for your comments and feedback.
As with every new app version, this is released by batches, independently from location. Eventually you';ll get the update ready as long as you have a mobile device compatible.

So the update I did not want i got immediately, but the update that I want to reinstate functionality that I used I will get eventually . . .Give an actual timeline, eventually could mean a year from now.
The process of this whole update is making me seriously reconsider buying another Fitbit device in the future, and I have been using a Fitbit for over 10 year.
(two weeks since this update was released and I still can not get it on my phone, a pixel 6 pro that is less than 2 years old).

There is no point waiting for their latest version to be released to their selected customers. I go and download the latest software and problem solved!

@yhw22 how/where do you download it/get it on your phone without going through the google play store? I would gladly download it elsewhere but I did not think it was available anywhere other then the play store.
Thanks

It's been two weeks since this has been posted and I'm still on 4.03. This is really slow-progressing update.

@SPGmd just do a search for Fitbit 4.04 and you should be able to find it. Now mine got battery indicator.

@yhw22 a search where? In the google play store I just get the same old Fitbit app, it does not give me the updated version. A general google search for fitbit 4.04 gives me a zillion references to various conversations in this community forum.

@yhw22 I understand what you mean about downloading the latest version of the app from places like an "app mirror site" and loading it onto the phone. There are a lot of users that would not feel comfortable in doing this and are willing to wait until the full vetted, by Google, is available via their relevant Play Store. Also with phased release it allows Fitbit to monitor for any potential issues and stop the roll-out if required.

It is just another choice which you can choose. It is up to the individual if you want to continue waiting for it.

4.04 is still not available in Play Store in the UK. When you announce something can you be more specific which areas/platforms.
