Using Mobile to Track

I switched over to an S7 from an iPhone 6. I noticed that I can't add my mobile as a device to track steps. I loved that feature with my iPhone, so if I didn't have my Fitbit with me it would track using the phone during that time instead.

Why isn't it available on the S7? The phone has the sensors to do it.

Hello @SunsetRunner, good to see you again! Despite your phone is compatible in general with the Fitbit tracker and app. The MobileTrack feature is different from this and only a few phones are able to support this feature.

In this case the S7 so far does not have the requirements to enable on the app this feature for you to use instead of a tracker when you are not wearing it.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have additional questions.
