Hello, looking for help getting my Ring Door Bell notifications on my new Versa 3. I have spent hours going over all the information already posted here in the Community. I have tried everything at least 3 times over with no results. I've uninstalled, rebooted, restarted everything etc. LOL. My Versa 3 is new. All of my other notifications are coming up with no problem. I have a Ring Door Bell 2 which is sending to my phone with no problem. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy J7 running Version 8.1.0. Is anyone else having the same problem? Does anyone have a Solution besides the ones I have tried from previous posts on this topic? I am feeling disappointed because one of my main reasons for upgrading from my Charge 2 was to have this feature. Hoping someone will make my New Year Happy with a fix!

Hi @MaryEllen14 - just to be sure, in the Fitbit App did you click on the profile photo [top left], device photo [middle left], Notifications, and App Notifications and select Ring?
It should be noted that if you reinstalled the Fitbit App you will need to redo any notifications selections you previously setup.
Check if Ring raises a popup notification on the phone this should be relayed to the watch, although there have been issues with this in some versions and it may pay to look in the forums for more details.

@MaryEllen14 - have you tried to turn off "In App Notifications" in Ring to get Ring to show up in App Notifications on Fitbit?

@MaryEllen14- in case that doesn't work there is always the Macrodroid solution which intercepts the phone Ring popup and sends one to the watch.

@MaryEllen14 & @Bradie96 - it's maybe not the ideal solution but do try the Macrodroid solution posted above, it will work for sure, as long as Ring or Blink is creating a notification on the phone.

Best AnswerHi Guy_
I'm not sure what you mean with "turn off "In App Notifications" in Ring"? I checked on the ring app but couldn't find such setting?
I have the same problem but with a Charge 5.
One thing I noticed is that if I change mode from Home / Disarmed and vice versa I can get those notifications on my watch, but not the events from the ring itself (motion detection or someone ringing the doorbell)
Thanks
