When my Norton VPN is activated on my Samsung Galaxy phone, my fitbit app says 'no internet connection' and I cannot synch anything.

I see I am not the only person having this problem, what are Fitbit going to do about this please?

The first time Fitbit tried to access the Internet, Norton sent a popup asking if this app should be allowed. The Fitbit app is now white listed and has access to Internet.

I'm sure that Norton has an FAQ that will give you the answer.

@Fwphase, not sure Fitbit is going to change the way VPN's work. VPN's they break a lot of links that require verifying location, etc. There is probably a setting in your VPN setup to allow direct connect to Fitbit.
