I have turned bluetooth on and off, made sure it is paired with my phone and even turned the phone on and off. I used the side key on the Versa 2 to reboot it. Nothing has helped. Also the sleep app stops working about an hour or 2 after I sleep so result is inaccurate. This all happened since the July 18th update. What should I do next???

Hi everyone,
My Versa 2 miraculously started to work last night and then this morning all I saw were black and white lines across the screen. I guess I will have to buy a new Fitbit. I was hoping it would last longer than 2 years.
