Versa 2/LG Stylo 5 Compatibility

I just spent alot of money on a Versa 2 Fit Bit watch I can't pair with my phone. I feel like I've wasted my time and money. I bought off Amazon and it gave no inclination that it was not compatible with Stylo 5. What am I supposed to do now?

here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:
