My Versa 2 has always been finicky, but I think she may actually be dead.
1) Home button does NOTHING. I can push that thing all day, every day, for one second or 100 seconds and nothing happens.
2) She is stuck on the "Set up wallet" screen. For about 2 days. Can't swipe, can't tap, nada.
For several days prior to this, the time was freezing, and it took some tapping and wrist flipping for it to catch up to the correct time.
Also, only one of four lights is showing on the back.....
I've changed the clock face to no avail, though she vibrated and flashed the FitBit logo for about two seconds before going back to the "Set up wallet" screen.
Is there a hard reset? Is she dead? Should I bury her next to her cousin, the Surface? Or is there hope for her yet?
