I received my fitbit versa 2 on Sunday September 15th with the new alexa release. Ever since I set everything up, the alarm on my phone will not play the tune. It's being overridden by my fitbit and i'm just getting 2 very light beeps. This has caused me to oversleep a few times now. I've checked all settings on my phone, in the call app, general settings, been in the fitbit app. There's nothing I can find that has changed in the settings, however when i go into the alarm app and try to change the tone, it says it can't play while in a call. Does this mean that my phone thinks it's constantly in a call since i have this fitbit connected? I have also confirmed in the phone app that the play alarm while in call setting is turned ON. Still nothing.
There's another forum in here for apple saying they needed to factory reset their phones, i'm hoping that is not the case here. Help!

Hello @amylparry, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting is appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know how many times you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 device and re-setup the alarms, you can setup a test alarm to see if the restart process resolved this situation. Also, please make sure that your Fitbit app, device and Android are up to date.
Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy S10+ is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience certain connection difficulties with it.
I'll be around, let me know if you have any additional questions.
