My versa 2 is not holding the charge it needs charging everyday I shut it down & even reset it same problem

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device.
I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations.

No it still is draining very fast I've had it for a year & it always stayed charged for about 5 days it just started draining out now in 24 hours so I know there is something wrong I really just used it for time & exercising
