Versa 2 bluetooth auto connection issues

I have just bought a versa 2 classic and I am having issues with the device automatically connecting to my galaxy s9+. When I go out of range it drops the connection but when I come back in range I have to manually reconnect it will not auto connect to the bluetooth.

@Brofessor1095 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

It usually happens with all Bluetooth devices, if you go out of range, it will start looking for the most nearby device and try to connect to it but most of the time you need to do the connection manually.
