Versa 2 does not Sync with with Samsung S10+ after firmware update

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING.

  1. I have restarted by Versa 2 
  2. Enabled and disabled my Bluetooth
  3. Restarted my phone, 
  4. Uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app
  5. NOTHING WORKS!

Now, I'm unable to pair my versa 2 to my phone.

 

Current version on VERSA 2 35.70.7.21

Hello @Aries09 you don't pair a tracker to a phone. The Fitbit app will do the pairing. My first suggestion is to go into the phones Bluetooth settings and remove the tracker. 

Is the tracker still connected to your Fitbit account? 

If you have removed it, you probably will have to find another phone to set the tracker up. At least until Fitbit finds and fixes the issue with the latest S10 update Samsung released. Just a note, telling Fitbit I'm not going to use this tracker, by removing it from the users account, will only add more problems.
