Hi

After https://twitter.com/FitbitSupport/status/1367130451236638725 this thing, my whole account started to act up like my original fitbit account didin't exist on my email anymore i made a new one with the same email which is fine that i lost all my previous data, just though it might be worth a mention.

But the real problem for me is, and it might just be some setting since i have not used fitbit for a couple of months if i exclude like the three last days, the like start screen where i can see the time, calories burnt, steps, heart rate, etc. I can see the like icons for these but there is like no numbers like before to like see how many steps, but if i swipe up on the watch i can see the steps and heart rate etc and there i can see it update with numbers and the same with like the app it updates there but not on the like start screen

Thanks for the help

Yes @SunsetRunner there was a problem with the server yesterday and your tracker wasn't able to save any of its data to the server.

Your Fitbit app will only take the data from the server, therefore if the server can not be updated, neither will the app. Yes this alone may make things look real.

You can easily log into your original Fitbit account then as the Charge 4.. Since the Charge 4 can hold up to 30 days worth of data, there was no reason to get worried.
