Versa 2 locked - "Unlock with your phone"

My versa 2 has locked itself.  I don't know why.  I was working tonight, it was fine.  I checked my steps and the next time I went to check my steps about an hour later, it said "unlock with your phone. 

 

I followed the steps to unlock it, but it does not have the option for "device unlock" where it is supposed to be.  

 

How do I unlock it?
