Versa 2 not receiving notifications

Please help as this is very frustrating having uninstalled the app reset my account, and tried all troubleshooting options and still I am not receiving phone call alerts ,not social media, email alerts and the like. This is a very important feature to me and I would like some resolution soon.

I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Sometimes a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Good day,
I had resorted to the trouble shooting article which you sent prior to
sending my distressed message as a last resort in my frustration as with
quite a few other fit bit owners as seen by their posts.

Good day,
Please see info requested. Also note that it was working on this same
device for months then stopped working.
