Please help as this is very frustrating having uninstalled the app reset my account, and tried all troubleshooting options and still I am not receiving phone call alerts ,not social media, email alerts and the like. This is a very important feature to me and I would like some resolution soon.

I had resorted to the trouble shooting article which you sent prior to
sending my distressed message as a last resort in my frustration as with
quite a few other fit bit owners as seen by their posts.
