Versa 2 not sleep tracking or even showing up on "watch"

I just got a versa 2 because the inspire HR was not syncing with my android. well the versa two doesn not even show sleep tracking on the watch itself. and sleep does not show up in the "today" list. it says just go to sleep and it will track... it does not. I am going to take it back to the store and forget about fitbit. and tell my followers to not buy fit bit.
