Versa 2 not syncing nor logging steps

I had trouble syncing my Versa 2 this morning and when I went to look this evening it hasn't recorded steps

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Versa 2? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Is your device not recording only steps or other stats like floors, active minutes, etc. too? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.

Hello!I have a Galaxy S9+.  My Versa 2 has been having trouble syncing and the Fitbit app has trouble finding my device since Saturday.  Amazon Alexa says I'm online but my Versa 2 already says connection lost since Sat also.  I didn't have trouble with my Charge 2 syncing.  It seems when I upgraded to the Versa 2 and the premium subscription I've been having nothing but trouble.  At  this point it's not worth the premium price.  I tried reinstalling the Fitbit app and the trouble is still there this morning.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

I went to set up new device in the app and things seem to be working after setting it up again.

My versa 2 constantly will not sync to my LG phone no matter what I try. Very frustrating!
